Clark could be both interesting and awkward--while he's a sociopath, it's something he was made to be by a rogue covert agency and he's working on recovering.
Don't see them picking up a romance--he just had to bury someone special not long ago, and has eyes on SSA Prentiss--but it could be interesting to have them buddy up on mechanic work, between her cars, his car and chopper and the old battleship he lives aboard, and while he hopes to convince the BAU to make him their in-house gunsmith he always appreciates a little help.
Could be complicated, too, or maybe tee up a friendly rivalry on the range since he wears the President's Hundred tab, marking him as one of the top 100 pistol marksmen in America as determined by the annual National Match at Camp Perry.
Sound interesting?

Well, not all of the members of a given individual's circle of friends have to like each other all the time, do they? Pending clarification, even though she brings out the best in him--his protective instincts--Sig and Clark are at this point "awkward" to my read, so it could still work, it would just be complicated.

Spencer is afraid of most of the people that consitute the "female" gender, with the exception of his mother, Signe, JJ, Prentiss, and Garcia. Even Greenaway and Seaver frightened him; let's not even go into the bodily responses that powerful women, like Strauss, invoke in him....

Then Spence needs to ride shotgun when Clark pushes Strauss around sometime. (Ooh, you just gave me an evil idea: have Spence there when he gives Strauss that "Down the Gangway or Off the Fantail is up to you, but either way you WILL Get Off My Ship, RIGHT NOW"? Or better yet the entire BAU watching?)

Hm. Well, Katherine isn’t really picky when it comes to becoming friends with others; buddying up when it comes to mechanicism on cars, choppers, and battleships would be a pretty good way to break past her wariness. Perhaps they could run into each other while entering the office, parking their cars? She drives a 2008 Chevy Impala around, but has a collection elsewhere. Complicating it with a friendly rivalry would also be pretty amusing, too. It sounds like a plan to me!
Katherine&&Signe;
I just read your profile and agree that these two could be great friends! Kat could definitely use a female buddy.
Katherine&&Spencer;
Hold on, Kat scares Spencer? Well, that’ll be fairly weird to play out, but she’d probably try to egg a friendship out of him, she doesn’t really like people being afraid of her – especially seeing she’s not really all that frightening. Honestly? If he were to tell him that she frightens him, Katherine would dress more like a male and act like a male if it’d make him comfortable around her, seeing they'll work together eventually. She’d probably also eventually develop a slight crush on him. Opinions?

He's cute, smart, and he's awkwardness is amusing - plus she doesn't really have any "relationship" abilities being someone that scares away most men with her ability to hold a gun.
This site isn't for all the strange plots where Reid gets married and or Hotch gets fired and Morgan takes over, nope, this site is to investigate crimes of serial killers while role playing the great members of the BAU. I thought it wasn't really going to work out that way. Besides a crush is harmless, especially seeing Kat doesn't really have time for anything more.

I could see Clark easily developing a slight crush on her, too--he's long had a weakness for ladies who know their way around firearms. Though there is a complication: KARR, Clark's Firebird with a built-in Artificial Intelligence, tends to react to women about like a horny teenager (the butt of many jokes between those who know him), and while more mature about it, Blackout, the AI built into his helicopter, is a shameless flirt despite being the largest rotary-wing aircraft in the Western world. (They don't get involved in cases much, mainly "live" in the "Outside The Office" sections of the board.)
For the record, technically Clark doesn't own USS Wisconsin, he just has an arrangement with the museum in Norfolk that does thanks to a friend in their management. Usually around Quantico he either just sleeps at his desk or crashes in Blackout's hangar.

Yeah, and I suppose that DQ's Clark dying by BAU gunfire in a horrific bureaucratic misunderstanding starting from a rogue agency, and then coming back to work alongside them... LOL
