So, how are y'all celebrating? In my case, Cabela's had a sale this weekend, so I picked up my first rifle and case of ammo, and am scheduled to shoot a match with it.
Ruger 10/22: $210 Case for it: $25 3 spare magazines: $50 2100 rounds of .22LR ammo: $80 Getting your 4th of July bang without risking burning down the neighborhood: PRICELESS. "There are some things in life money can't buy... For everything else, there's Debit MasterCard." LOL
"I'm the one guy who says don't force stupid people to be quiet. I want to know who the morons are." --Mark Cuban
"We are your best, last, and only line of defense. We work in secret, we exist in shadow... and we dress in black." --Division Six motto, after the MIB
Well I woke up at 8 this morning for starters...am currently laying in bed trying to go back to sleep. When my mother in law does come to pick me up I am going over to her place to prep a family/neighborhood barbeque. Oh yes and while we prep the food we are marathoning criminal minds. Then we are lighting off fireworks.
That really sucks...I have some friends who live in Lewisville Texas. Here we can't fire off fireworks that go over ten feet which means all the cool fireworks are out. I did however buy one called the terabyte which should be fun to see go off. I will film it and post it tomorrow for everyone to see.

Well my 4th holiday was yesterday, My friends and I had a BBQ then we went down to watch the city Fireworks, which were amazing, then we lit off our own fireworks, which we had to drive out of state to buy earlier that day. In Ohio, you can't purchase fireworks or light them, but you can have possession of them. But in Michigan you can purchase them, have possession but can't light them. Stupid laws. lol. Today I get to celebrate the Economic form our amazing country stands for by supporting Capitalism and going to work and making time and a half, thats right a whole $10 dollars an hour for 6 hours. lol
That really sucks. My husband has to work today and wont be coming home until like 10:30 tonight...Yep and we are waiting for him because I am a good wifey! LOL!

Happy Fourth, everyone. So far, I got up at 7, made breakfast, took dogs for a walk, sent boyfriend to the store and then his mom's to help her set up for BBQ later, now I am finishing here and getting ready to clean the floors before I do the lunch at BF's family's house, and a smaller get together and fireworks at Fisherman's Wharf later with my family.
Stay safe! See y'all later.
PS-Danny, I hear ya. The only reason I am not at work today is because the salon I work at is always closed on Mondays, holidays or not. Otherwise, I'd be at work right now myownself....
