Hey guys! Just Alissa here again letting you know that I will be leaving again on Thursday for another reenactment gig. Going to the Pirates of The Pacific festival in Brookings. We have to leave Thursday in order to get set up for Friday. Not to worry I will be home Sunday evening and back online Monday. I hope you all have an excellent weekend. I will be sure to post any pics I get a chance to take when I get home. Be nice to one another. I shall miss you all!

Could always have Spence or Morgan join Clark and Paige for a quick "Piano Lesson"... LOL (Though I think Derek would have issues about not having a monopoly on "Fun Toys" anymore. Hmm, maybe tee up the Morgan phase of "Reconciliation" with a meeting on the range?
Have a good trip, Alissa, and Open Up A Can out there for us too! YAARRGH! I'm gonna be limited-availability a while myself; the big laptop (which I'm typing this from) has some corrupted Windows files that won't let me reset it from 640x480 lowest-color back up to its proper 1440x900 32-bit color, and since I can't find my XP Service Pack 2 CD, I'm either gonna have to hope that SP3 cures the issue or be running on the netbook for a while, and the latter option starts pitching fits from heat and RAM usage after about four hours of uptime (which includes "Hibernate Mode" as "uptime").

True, but that requires you to know where all your CD's are... not just Winblows, but all your programs too. God thing I've still got an unused 1.5TB Seagate portable hard-drive I can copy my documents over to for safekeeping... (Usually I have 2.5TB of external storage connected out of 5 available, and that last 1.5 is the only drive that isn't up to at least 75%--though a lot of that is because since I'm capped at a 250GB internal--old IDE/PATA, 250-320GB are the biggest drives made before they killed the interface--I'm having to put a lot of my drive-hog programs on the portables, especially the ones that depend on extra hardware like FPS's--any other Quake 3 Arena or Unreal Tournament 2004 players in the house?--and Simulations.)

Basically, it means I could set my laptop up as a small portable server if I needed to, but that I can't do much with it until I either find my XP CD or get a hold of an old school chum and borrow his. And even if I nuke it all, I still have to find the discs to reinstall all my software... and many of those programs are no longer available.
