As it stands right now, it looks like I'm going to be offline next Tuesday and Wednesday (8/23 and 24), and the Tuesday after that (8/30).

Still uncertain if I'm going to have to go offline again for a few months acting as "adult babysitter" for my grandmother once the academic year starts and my aunt has to go back to work, but I'll keep y'all posted as things develop and I learn more about what's happening.

EDIT: Was slightly off--had dates reversed, it's 8/23 solo and 8/30-31 double.

RE-EDIT: 8/30 canceled, it's the 31st only now.

I don't have a choice--the relatives and I have each other in an extremely precarious situation almost as tense as Cold War "Mutual Assured Destruction." They cut off my trust-fund and I'm screwed, but since I'm the only one who ever seems to be able to ever do a bloody thing about keeping one household and part of a second running if I decide to cut my losses and walk they're all screwed, but either side dropping the hammer immediately triggers the other's leverage and we all go down together.

Doesn't mean I have to like it, or to restrain myself from making my irritation known repeatedly and at every opportunity until either they see my point or I grind them down to the point that they decide it's no longer worth arguing with me and easier to just concede... I'm thankfully not at Clark's level, but I can make a real mind-boggling pain in the ass of myself when I put my mind to it. *Palpatine cackle*
