Overall Appearance| Garcia currently has long blonde hair that reaches just below her shoulders. She also changes the style whether it be curly straight up or down it tends to be different each day. Pen’s eyes are one of her favourite features. She feels that people can see more about her in her eyes, she feels the chocolate brown hue is connected to a deeper part of herself that others can see. Her smile is another favourite attribute of hers. It’s so big kind and welcoming but at the same time almost mischievous and playful mostly with Morgan.

This self-confidence is fed by Morgan, who often initiates flirtatious banter, which is enjoyed by Garcia. However, sometimes this banter gets her into some awkward situations, such as when she opens up a phone conversation with a funny yet relatively inappropriate comment, thinking it was Morgan, when it actually turns out to be Gideon or on speakerphone with the entire team surrounding the phone. Although they haven't pursued a romantic relationship, Garcia does show mild jealousy at the sight of Morgan with any other women. She also knows that if anything was to happen to Morgan she would crumble and most likely break down.

Overall History| Penelope Garcia was born in 1977. Her parents died in an auto accident due to a drunk driver when she was eighteen, and she now helps counsel the families of murder victims in her spare time. It has been stated that after her parents died, she dropped out of Caltech and went "underground" but continued to teach herself computer coding. She has not remained in touch with the rest of her family nor does she know anything about them.
She had been placed on one of the FBI's hacker lists (she was one of a small handful of extremely useful or dangerous hackers in the world), and was recruited from there.
Penelope Garcia is the team's Audio/Visual Technician at BAU Headquarters in Quantico, VA. When she speaks with Morgan they use pet names such as "hot stuff" or "sweet cheeks" or he calls her "baby-girl." Garcia frequently answers the phone with comments like "This is the office of All Knowing; how may I be of assistance?” She has broken down crying several times due to the fact that the area of her job is to listen to and watch terrifying things in her office to analyse them for the team. However, according to Hotch, she "fills her office with figurines and colour to remind herself to smile as the horror fills her screens." Garcia is unabashedly an emotional being, which sometimes can make her job with the BAU more difficult. She has and can break down crying at times while listening to and watching terrifying things in her office to analyze them for the team.

Angel had been bored for hours now wandering around the mansion. She had not long ended her modelling contract and now found her days very slow and bored with nothing to do. She didnt have many friends and was quite shy and with drawn. Angie knew if she didnt learn to come out of her shell she would be like this for practically the rest of her life. A sigh escaped her gloss covered lips as she ran her hands through her wavy brown hair and pulled it up into a high ponytail. She knew she was making her way to the indoor pool. She always felt so calm and relaxed there and her worries just seemed to disappear. She finally reached the doors of the swimming pool but had not noticed anyone else in there. She still had her mp3 plugged into her ears listening to the latest tunes she put on there.
Angie entered the pool area looking down at her feet still not paying any notice to anything around her. She walked round to the opposite side of the pool of where Dante was. She was humming as she reached the side slipping her flip flops off and pulling off her purple tank top and grey shorts to reveal her teal bikini. She sat at the edge of the pool dipping her legs into the cool water before taking her mp3 out of her ears and slipping completely into the water. It was in the slight moment that she was under the gentle waves that she saw a pair of legs and gasped slightly shocked that she didnt notice anyone else there.
She quickly made her way to the surface and pushed the few strands of wet hair back that escaped her ponytail. Angel was treading water for a little while looking over at the spot where the man was. She could not see who it was at this distance but decided to apologise anyway as she didnt want to seem rude to burst in and interupt his swim. "I am so sorry. I didnt mean to intrude or interupt your swim." Angie bit her lip as she slowly swam her way over to the gentleman while still talking.
