KELLY eve MILLER
Kelly is the Chief of Homicide for DCPD. She is well trained in Special Warfare and Tactics, as well (SWAT). She used to be a dectective, but took the Captian's position when her former boss retired. She did this so she could teach Criminal Justice part time at the local Junior college...a passion that has earned her the nickname "Professor" among her people.
Kelly has a few close friends, mostly her colleauges and her former partner, a man called George Hermitage, and his wife and three children. Her best friend is a woman she's known since college, called Harriet Roberts. She is also close to some of the women she met in the Marines.
Kelly isn't interested in men at the moment...unless you can change her mind!
The entire "Cartwright Crew", a group of small-time thugs that Kelly helped to bring down, along with various other perps over the years. She is also disliked by the next senior female in the Department; Kelly thinks this is because the other woman thinks Kelly is vying for her job (she is not-it's an adminstrative position, and Kelly is far happier with the "troops.")
