hair brushed against her bare shoulders. It was loosely curled and her top was a wide shouldered, black long sleeved blouse.
She pulled up to the night bar after taking a little while to find it. Emily never had been great with directions.
Her heels clicked on the pavement but that sound was drowned out by the loud clubbing music coming from the inside of the bar. The FBI agent put on a devious smirk to match her dark, beautiful eyes and went inside.
Emily ordered a beer from the bartender and found herself a small table for three in the back side of the room. She didn't recognize anyone here. Sure there were a few familiar faces, regulars at the bar perhaps. She turned her focus back to her beverage and hoped maybe she'd either be asked to dance or someone she knew, like JJ or Garcia would show up.
Even on of the new girls would do. They seemed nice enough. Emily noticed they both got along with Reid. She smiled to herself, finally the genius was getting some female attention!

Signe walked into her bathroom wearing her black skinny jeans and a black long sleeved shirt. She grabbed a few bright colored pieces of jewelry from her stands and put them on she she didn't seem emo. Her therapist had suggested that she get out. She had been seeing her without telling anyone. She had mentioned that she needed to find an outlet. She couldn't always be at her job, it would make her nightmare worse. She needed something she found fun to be a good outlet. So she thought she would go clubbing. She needed something to do this weekend.
She made her way out of her house after saying goodbye to her dog who was wanting to go with her. She really hated leaving her dog home alone. She knew how much he hated it but that was why when she was home she was all his. He was like her little kid. She walked down the small pathway that lead from her door to her car in the driveway, her loose curls bouncing with every step she took. She climbed into her Jeep and started the car. She looked up at the picture in her mirror. It was a picture of her and Derek in the hospital. She looked drugged and holding up a peace sign. Derek was smiling and standing by her side. She pulled out of her driveway and began heading down the road.
After debating which club to go to she decided on one. It looked like some fun. She climbed out of the car and walked in. Upon her entrance she saw mean smiling and heard whistles. She sighed and rolled her eyes. She walked up to the bar and ordered her drink. She wasn't one for beer, didn't like the stuff to much. She would drink it but only if she had to. She ordered a rum and coke and turned around to look at the crowd. She noticed Emily Prentiss sitting off in the distance by herself. Emily had proved to be a nice person. She hadn't had a problem with her yet. She walked over to her as soon as her drink was finished. She placed her purse on a chair that wasn't taken and sat in the other. "Well, well, well. Fancy meeting you here." She said smiling as she took a sip of her drink.
Emily looked up from her beer. She parted her red lips in a smile as she saw Signe. The young agent had just recently crossed paths with her the other day but only a few words were exchanged.
Signe! Hey there, I didn't expect to see you here.
Emily didn't see her as the clubbing type. She was dressed in dark jeans and a nice top. Pretty girl, surprised she wasn't in a relationship yet.
Emily took another drink of beer and then asked her,

Signe smiled at the woman who was also smiling at her. It wasn't usual to see someone from the BAU outside of work...They tried to keep there lives private. Though they also had those nights out on the town. She looked around but then looked back at Emily when she asked what she was doing here.
She paused, not sure if she should say. Whenever she mentioned seeing a therapist she always got looks like she was crazy, so she would have to tell them she had been raped and was seeing someone to help get over it. After hearing that they would think of her like she is still a victim and would pity her. She hated that...Made her feel like people thought they were better than her...Like she was still a slave to that creep.
"My therapist recommended it. She said it would be good for me to go enjoy myself and not just expose myself to work where all I see reminds me of what happened." She took another sip of her drink and looked back at Emily. Signe could be a talker...But when she was getting to know someone she tended to stay quiet.
Emily nodded, not wanting to seem nosy. If she wanted to share the reason for her therapy then Signe would tell Emily herself. Her curiosity, though, took over her courtesy and she asked,
Not to seem rude but what is your therapy for?
Not that she would judge her or anything, she just wanted to know. Maybe she could be of some help to Signe if she needed it. Let alone wanted it.

Signe wasn't one to tell people about what happened to her. Unless she had to she tended to keep her mouth shut and things worked pretty well that way. But she was also being told by her therapist that it was okay to talk about it. That she didn't need to be ashamed about what had happened. She took in a deep breath. Not many people knew other than her family, close friends and the team.
"When I was a freshmen in college I was kidnapped. The guy tortured me and raped me for a couple weeks. I watched him do the same thing to other women and then he killed them. I would have died if Hotch's team hadn't found me. Reid and Derek were the first ones there. The guy got away but I managed to come out alright." She took another sip of her drink and looked around. Hoping that people didn't over hear her and decide they wanted to listen.
"I started seeing a therapist after my psych eval when they said I should see one if I was going to work with the BAU." She looked around once more. She finished off her drink and then pointed to the bartender gesturing that she wanted another one. He nodded and went to it. "So ya...That's my story."
Emily listened to the younger woman. She had been through a lot, just as much as Emily had been through in her past years in Interpol. Poor thing, she couldn't blame her for seeing a therapist, kudos to her for not being too proud to admit she may need it.
My gosh, I'm so sorry. It takes a strong person to get through something like that Signe.
Emily didn't want to seem as if she was pitying the girl, just being supportive. She knew she would hate being pitied so why do it to another person?
Well, I can tell you getting out often helps with our line of work too. Helps clear the mind and uh, focus on other things.
Emily chuckled and made eye contact with a man across the room. Since she was talking to her co-worker, she ignored him and went back to Signe.
Since she was driving, Emily decided one beer was enough. She set the glass bottle aside and ran her fingers through her raven colored hair. Signe seemed nice, Emily saw a fruitful friendship ahead of them
