Hotch had called everyone back to the station-he needed a profile, and he wanted it now. He had a serial killer on his hands, and he knew from experience it wasn't likely to get better.
He paced the length of the meeting room that the police had set up for them. He had a few worries-Garcia was still out, Paisley wasn't up to par yet, and he was worried for the Detective-a woman that pregnant shouldn't be traipsing through muddy fields.
Emily made it back over to Grayson PD as fast as she possibly could. She knew Hotch was PISSED. And that was not a good thing, ever. She rushed into the room where Hotch was and sighed, she wasn't late. Good.
JJ got the call that Hotch wanted everyone back at the station right away. He was angry and that was not a good thing. She climbed into the car with Reid and left the school, being sure that she had all the files they needed for Paul Campbell. She was pretty sure Hotch was gonna wanna look at him as a suspect. As she drove all she could think about was getting to Hotch to make sure he wasn't biting off someones head. Nobody liked an angry Hotch.
When they finally reached the station they wasted no time in climbing out of the car and getting inside. She saw Emily and Hotch there. She walked up to Hotch after acknowledging Emily and handed him the file. "We couldn't get anything out of Paul and he asked to speak with his dad. I brought his file with me. He has some criminal records I think you would like to look at." She gave Hotch the files and walked over to Emily. Anxious to know what was going on.
"Hey. What's got Hotch all upset?" She said leaning against a table speaking quietly so nobody would hear them. For a group of adults they sure did gossip a lot.
"Prentiss, I need a profile, the Intern is making me nuts, and I can't find JJ. Will you please begin to sort out whatever prelim information we have? As soon as the others arrive, I want a working profile so JJ can present it."
He sighed, and paced some more. A few moments later, Spencer and JJ returned to the Station.
"JJ, where have you been..." he was cut off by her words, telling him that they hadn't gotten anything from the Chief's son. He shook his head.
"Thank you. Look, we need to tread lightly; pissing off the Chief of a small town won't help us solve this case. I also need someone to head over to the local restaurant; agent Clark had to leave unexpectedly, and I don't want Det. Murphy there alone. Clark indicated that this case is wearing her out."

Spencer nodded.
"On our way back, I took the liberty of analyzing the son's school records. He has a history of behavior problems, beginning with the death of his mother. He also hinted in a note that a teacher saved that he is the victim of physical abuse at home, and could perhaps be homosexual.
And, if you don't mind, I can assist the Detective at the restaurant. I know what it's like to lose your mother."

Paisley quickly dialed Hotch, and put herself on speaker with the rest of the team.
"Agent Hotchner, sir? I found some more info." Paisley turned beet-red, though she knew no one could see her, but she felt like a dork. She took a deep breath, and pushed on. "Anyway, I was running the information that Agent Morgan had asked me to get, and it looks like there are a few teenagers with criminal records in little Grayson. Um, one is Paul Campbell, he has minors for petty theft-appears he stole a candy bar, one for a fight at school, and finally, a domestic-got into a shoving match last year with his father. All charges were dropped in the first case, and in the second, he only got community service.
The other two teens are Jorge Rameriz-now, this kid is mean. Got an arrest and sent to military school for date rape. Finally, we have Thomas Smith, his prior is possession of Meth and driving without a license. Spent two days in Juvie, parents were looked at by DCFS, but nothing since."
She clicked some more keys, and then spoke again.
"Yup, looks like that is all I have for now. I am going to hit the Cafeteria for some chow, but I have my tablet and phone. Paisley out." She hung up, gathered her sweater and purse, and stalked out of the room, leaving behind the gruesome pasts of Grayson, KY's teenaged offenders.

JJ nodded at what he said. She was surprised that he didn't know where she had been. She remembered being told by Hotch to go with Reid to go talk to the kids. She sat by Emily and listened to Spencer. What gave away that the kid might be gay? She knew there had to be something but she was confused as to what tipped him off about that. She tilted her head slightly at his comment. "What makes you think he's gay?"
Before Spencer could answer her the intern rang in. She listed off the info about all the kids in the town that had criminal backgrounds. One of them was Paul's friend. Her eyes grew wide. Maybe they should talk to the sheriff about him. Then again...They needed to be delicate about the situation. Odds were that the sheriff wasn't going to be to thrilled about the interview Reid had with his son. As the intern went on JJ caught on to one of the things Paul had been in trouble for. Disturbance at the house...That was worth looking at.
"I think I'll hang around here. Help deliver the profile and I was gonna look into Paul's files a little more. Something tells me the "disturbance" at home may have been a little more than what we think." She said gesturing to the files she had that were Paul's legal history...A lot of legal history.
"Got it, Hotch," Emily replied. She listened in to Reid's analysis of their current unsub. Apparently, he was believed to be homosexual.
Em nodded in agreement at JJ. "Yeah we can work on getting a profile up and delivered here. I can help sort through his legal files."
They needed their profile and quick. Thankfully, her and JJ made a great team so hopefully it would get done. Maybe make Hotch happy and put him out of his foul mood.

Spencer sighed; Hotch was upset, though why he was was beyond him. He nodded to Prentiss, and turned to JJ.
"I don't know for sure that he is homosexual. Just look at the file-no real girlfriends until he is much, much older, a history of abuse, and some stereotypical behavior. It's just a feeling, I suppose." He sighed, gathered his things, and headed for the car, dialing the Intern on his way, so he could get directions to the restaurant.
Hotch sighed, feeling better-his people had returned, and he could get this holy show on the road.
"Thank you, Reid. Keep in touch." He spoke to the tall, young man as the kid left the room. He turned to JJ, Prentiss, and the others.
"Thanks for coming back. I know I told you to go to the school, I just didn't realize it would be so futile. Anyway, JJ, the Chief wants us to get the profile out; can you have a press release organized by the 5 o clock news? Prentiss, I need you to talk to the Intern...I can't deal with her anymore. Can I make you the point woman from here on out?"
