Wow, did I just totally miss this link, or what? Anyway, in real life, I'm Cassie, a 27 year old hairdresser and college student in the San Francisco area (incedentally, I used to attend the same school that Shemar Moore went to, though he graduated eons ago).

Hi, y'all. I'm a little sensitive about posting names in cleartext due to some past issues from a former career--used to be Executive Protection for a gal at my college (editor of the college paper, and my "cover" was as one of her reporters--we also ended up close personally, but when she decided it was time to move me into the "Ex" column we made a clean break of it and on terms that if she needed me again I'd still be there for her), and she had a serious Stalker Ex From Hell problem, so serious that the Director of Campus Security told me "get your carry permit and a Colt .45--we got your back on the paperwork".
Anyway, I'm 31, and I've also taught personal-defense (back around that same time), did some work to help an old school chum get elected to the State Legislature last year, and now I'm a freelance historian/researcher working on plans for a Masters in WWII Studies. (Thesis: I've been tearing apart Douglas MacArthur's mind, and believe that as with Bill Gates and Thomas Jefferson that a form of autism called Asperger's--which some of us believe to be part of Reid's neurobiology--was the thing that both made him and ultimately broke him.)
I'm from up around Seattle, so if any of you find yourselves up this way and in a "Wingnut' mood, we have a first-class air museum up here that I grew up in and know better than some of its own staff, and I don't mind playing tour guide.

Very cool. I used to kick it in Bremerton, and my sister lives up North (in Bellingham), so I may actually take you up on that...and that IS a threat ;D Just kidding, I'm actually really fun.
And I actually used to do respite for a kid with Asperger's, though he was "high functioning..." yeah, kinda fits Reid when I think about it.
As for your degree, WWII history is one of my most favorite things, and I think you will find yourself in lively conversation in out-of-character chats...
