Hotch sat in the meeting room at the Regional Field Office, checking his email. He was waiting for everyone to return so they could get a profile out. He glanced up at Larsen.
"You did well today. Thank you. Please let Dr. Reid know that we're still waiting." Hotch was no dummy; he knew that Signe was texting Spencer, but didn't really mind since they were waiting, anyway.

Signe had been sitting in a chair at a desk as her and Hotch waited for the rest of the team to get there. This would be her first time presenting a profile with the team. Normally she was off doing something else like speaking with a victims loved one or looking into something but this time she was presenting with the team. It was all very exciting. Spencer had let her know that they were leaving the hospital and would be there soon.
She looked up from her phone when she heard her boss mention that she could let Spencer know that they were still waiting for them. He knew that they had been texting back and forth. She paused, not quite knowing what to say. She wanted to keep her mind off DJ and the only way she knew how was to talk to Spencer. She nodded and sent him the text asking him to try and hurry to get back to deliver the profile. When the text was sent she paused, she started thinking about her baby again.
"Sir can I ask you a question?" She said looking up at him. When he brought his face up to look at her she nodded and prepared to ask her question. "How did you manage to not think about Jack when he was little? I mean I can't go two minutes without wondering if DJ's okay or if she's missing me and I just..." She paused looking at him she let out a sigh. "I just don't know how to stop thinking about her and more about this case."
Emily made her way quickly into the meeting area. She knew Hotch was in one of his moods and mentally rolled her eyes. He could be such a hard case sometimes...
She walked into the room and acknowledged Signe and flashed Hotch a quick smiled and, "Hey," before taking a seat.
Hotch looked up, and then nodded once, putting his things aside so he could listen to the young woman better.
"Well, I think of Jack often...BUT I have trust that he is in good hands when he is at home. Currently, Haley's sister comes and spends the night with him when we're outside of DC. I trust her, and I know that he is safe.
"It is very normal to have those thoughts and feelings, especially when you first come back. I'll tell you what. Why don't you take the few moments we have left to call home and check on her?"
Shauna was the next to arrive, ready to get on with the profile and catch the fox, but she had to remind herself that it was still going to take time even after they got the profile out, things could change on them rather quickly and not always for the better, *Stay focused, Shauna* she said to herself in Irish as she walked into the room

Spencer came in after Shauna.
"Hello, everyone." He hurried over to Signe, noticing that she was on the phone to Aimee, checking on DJ. He sat down next to her, touching her arm. He spoke then to Hotch.
"Sir, I think that this case is hitting Agent Quinn kind of hard. We should keep an eye on her. The little girl didn't have much information for us."
JJ followed in closely after Spencer. They all drove back together and even though they didn't get much information from the girl she thought they were in a better spot then they were before when they landed. She watched as Spencer crossed over to where Signe was, no doubt she was checking on her baby. She was surprised that they had managed to last the day. She walked over to Emily and stood next to her.
She knew Hotch wanted to get this case done. Which meant he wanted to prepare the profile NOW. She looked around the room and sighed. The tensions were high. She thought about giving her opinions on the guy, kinda get the ball rolling on preparing the profile. "Yeah but we know more about him now. His targets are completely random. Different types, he stretches across the scale. It's like nothing I have ever seen." She leaned over toward Emily so only Emily would hear her. "Hows the daughter doing?" She asked in a hushed tone. She was concerned for the girl.

Paisley buzzed Hotch's phone from her office, and sent her most recent finding's to the Team's tablets. She quickly sipped at her tea, and bit into an orange slice before speaking.
"Sir. you wanted me to conference in for the profile? I am here, can everyone hear me? I just sent some updated information to your tablets; former cases that match the MO and then some that match the weapon. The MO is all over the charts, but these are the closest match."

When she came in, Sandra was a little nervous. The others were just working together like a perfect family. Keep calm, the others won't kill you if you say anything wrong "Hey, hope I'm not too late... and everyone is alright", she stated.
Shauna looked at the rest of the group as they waited, she was on edge, but didn't let it show, there was no need for her anger and/or frustration to impede her ability to her job, she did not want to be taken off this case, she was going to see it through to the end, no matter what the outcome would be
JJ nodded when Hotch said that hey were just waiting on a few people before they started to profile. This was something she hated, waiting. They could be doing something but instead they were waiting. She felt like they owed it the girl who just lost her mother today. This girl was going to need someone right now. When she needed someone the most there was nobody there for her. It made her think of Henry. She missed him, she could only imagine how Spencer and Signe were doing.
She looked over at Shauna and tilted her head. For someone who was so connected to this case she was being very cool. It was odd to her. She walked over to the Irish agent and smiled at her. "You doing okay? I know this case is a little personal for you." She paused and looked at the woman, letting out a slight sigh. "It's okay to be upset. Nobody here will judge. It's totally understandable."

Just then, Rossi and Clark walked in. "Sorry about the wait, Clark had a... breakthrough, so we stopped at the ballistics lab and another helpful location on the way back. He noticed that one of the retrieved slugs was a rather... peculiar brand, with certain... unique characteristics. I'll let him explain..."
Shauna looked at JJ when she spoke to her, "I'm okay" she replied, standing up from the desk that she was leaning on, "Thanks for asking" Shauna added before looking over at Rossi as he spoke to them about what he and Clark had found from their stop at the ballistics lab, *I wonder what this could be* she said to herself
